As a research centre with a primary focus on social exclusion, we are interested in offender health, in particular those incarcerated by the state.
We have a number of projects aimed at raising awareness of prisoner health, including schemes to improve their physical health, evaluation of efforts to reduce substance use in offenders, and a scheme for medical students that is subject to evaluation.
