I CAN WORK – A realist Evaluation

The I CAN work programme is a form of a supported employment intervention based, on the Individual Placement and Support model, founded in the 1990s but is focussed on supporting individuals with mild to moderate mental health issues and delivered by two providers. This realist evaluation aims explore the implementation and impacts of IPS as implemented within ICAN WORK and centers on what works, for whom, and in what circumstances, across a range of personal, social and some initial economic domains.
