Seren Roberts
I am a registered mental health nurse, researcher and educator. Following my clinical nurse training, I studied psychology to PhD and later studied for a Masters in Public Health and Health Promotion at Bangor University. I am currently a Lecturer in Mental Health with the School of Health Sciences, Bangor University. I have a broad interest in mental health research with active involvement with several research projects. To date my research activity has largely focused on three overarching themes: (a) treatments in mental health; (b) physical health of people with mental health issues and (c) service user invovlment. I am actively involved with a range of local and national Networks to to support mental health research and mental health nurse education. I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, a member of the British Psychological Society, and Fellow of Advance HE.
