Mae gan Anne Krayer gefndir mewn iechyd y cyhoedd a hybu iechyd a chwblhaodd ei PhD yn 2009. Ymunodd â’r Ganolfan Ymchwil Gymhwysol a Gwyddorau Gwerthuso yn 2008 ar ôl gweithio â Sefydliad Bwyd, Byw’n Heini a Maeth Cymru (IFANC) am bedair blynedd. Mae Anne yn awr yn rhan to dîm y Ganolfan Iechyd Meddwl a Chymdeithas a ffurfiwyd yn ddiweddar. Mae Anne wedi bod yn gysylltiedig ag amryw o brosiectau, gan gynnwys prosiectau sy’n edrych ar wasanaethau a ddarperir ar gyfer gofalwyr pobl â phroblemau iechyd meddwl. Mae wedi bod yn gysylltiedig â chynhyrchu pecyn hyfforddi a gweithdai cysylltiedig i gynorthwyo cymhwysedd adolygwyr ymhlith aelodau pwyllgorau llywodraethu ymchwil a/neu bwyllgorau adolygiadau moesegol yn y maes iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol. 

Cwblhaodd Anne broject yn ddiweddar oedd yn edrych ar anghenion unigolion gyda phroblemau iechyd meddwl a chamddefnyddio sylweddau.

Mae hefyd yn addysgu yn yr Ysgol Gwyddorau Cymdeithas.
